Our studio will now have individual yoga classes in English for guests of our city who come to us for a long time and do not want to interrupt their practice.

Classes can be held both at your home and within the walls of our studio.

You can choose from such directions as:

— Hatha yoga;
— Vajra Yoga;
— Vinyasa flow;
— Ayengar yoga.
